CFTC Accuses Precious Metals Dealers Of $2.6M Fraud
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission on Friday accused a group of precious metals dealers of making more than $2.6 million through a scheme to defraud customers by illegally selling commodity futures and options, according to a complaint filed in Florida federal court.
