Former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP partner Vivian Polak on Thursday urged a New York bankruptcy judge to move to district court her battle with the defunct firm's trustee over $1 million the firm had paid her, demanding a jury trial and saying the claims aren't related to the firm's bankruptcy case.
