Lost Coast Loses Shark TM Suit Over Rival Beer Label
A California federal judge on Friday threw out Lost Coast Brewery and Cafe's lawsuit accusing Aviator Brewing Co. Inc. of ripping off its "great white" shark trademark, saying the court lacks jurisdiction because Aviator doesn't have any ties to Northern California.

Calif. Brewer Attacks Rival Over Shark Trademark
California-based brewer Lost Coast Brewery and Cafe accused Aviator Brewing Company Inc. of ripping off its "great white" shark trademark in federal court on Tuesday, claiming the rival brewer is selling a wheat beer with a confusingly similar logo.
