A Texas federal judge said Thursday that he lacks jurisdiction to stall arbitration proceedings in a $2.25 billion dispute between the U.S. arm of Aviation Industry Corp. of China and Tang Energy Group Ltd. over a joint investment in a wind energy company.

AVIC International USA Inc. hit Tang Energy Group Ltd. and other investors in a wind energy company with a suit in a Texas federal court on Tuesday, alleging that they stacked an arbitration panel in a $2.25 billion dispute.
