Tivoli LLC on Monday urged a California federal judge to disqualify Nossaman LLP from representing a former stakeholder in a copyright and trade secrets suit, arguing it represented Tivoli for six years until Targetti Poulsen USA Inc. sold its shares of the company and the firm opted to work with Targetti instead.
