Norwegian Cruise Line's operating company asked a Florida federal judge to toss a potential class action alleging the company illegally barred cruise guests with diabetes from participating in snorkel excursions, saying Monday that the outings were carried out by a Mexican adventure company completely unaffiliated with Norwegian.

Norwegian Cruise Lines' operating company has been hit with a putative class action in Florida federal court alleging that the company's blanket ban on diabetics participating in snorkeling trips and other activities violates the Americans with Disabilities Act.
