Norwegian Wants Diabetic Snorkeling Suit Thrown Overboard
Norwegian Cruise Line's operating company asked a Florida federal judge to toss a potential class action alleging the company illegally barred cruise guests with diabetes from participating in snorkel excursions, saying Monday that the outings were carried out by a Mexican adventure company completely unaffiliated with Norwegian.
