A company that recently lost its suit accusing the Fort Sill Apache Tribe chairman and a tribal business organization of breaching a contingency agreement for helping to secure two government contracts asked an Oklahoma federal judge Thursday to revive the litigation, saying he misinterpreted the agreement.
