A California federal judge on Friday approved the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission 's $600,000 agreement with call center operator VXI Global Solutions Inc. in a suit alleging the company failed to address widespread sexual harassment of both female and male workers and retaliated against employees who complained.
