An Illinois federal judge on Wednesday tossed most claims in a proposed class action against defense contractor Engility Holdings Inc. over allegations it aided in genocide by Croatian military forces against ethnic Serbs during the 1990s, saying the court didn't have jurisdiction over the suit's international law claims.
