Starbucks Fails To Escape ADA Parking Lot Slope Suit
A Pennsylvania federal court on Monday denied Starbucks Corp.'s bid to dismiss an Americans with Disabilities Act class action alleging its parking spaces are too steep for those in wheelchairs, finding that Starbucks is an appropriate defendant despite arguments that landlords at its locations in question are responsible.
