A group of Domino's Pizza franchise delivery drivers urged a Massachusetts federal judge Wednesday to ignore arguments that employee-to-customer conversations about the recipient of a delivery charge — the store or the driver — rendered their claims too uncommon and unwieldy for class certification in a tipped wage case.
