Cooper Loses Bid For Coverage Of EPA Pollution Claim
A Michigan federal judge ruled Wednesday that Cooper Industries can't seek coverage from Westchester Fire Insurance Co. and other insurers for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's claims that a Cooper predecessor contaminated a New Jersey river, holding that the insurance claims were released in a past settlement.

Cartoon Tells Jones Day A Hostile Filing Is No Laughing Matter
