Michael J. Fox Foundation Settles Over Spoiled Lab Samples
A federal judge Tuesday, upon advisement of a settlement, dismissed a breach of contract suit brought by the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research Inc. against a New Jersey medical lab alleging negligence at its facility caused the loss of more than $3.5 million in research biospecimens.

Actor Michael J. Fox's Parkinson's disease research foundation hit a New Jersey medical lab Friday with a federal breach of contract suit, claiming negligence at its facility caused the loss of over $3.5 million in biospecimens collected to further Parkinson's research.
