A California federal judge ruled Monday that Ford Motor Co. can proceed with a contract suit accusing a wholesale auto dealership of exporting its vehicles to China en masse and violating the terms of an incentive program run by the automaker that encourages high volume purchases, but requires the vehicles purchased to remain in the country.
