Army Corps Botched National Seawall Plan, Enviros Say
The National Wildlife Federation and other environmental groups pressed a D.C. federal judge Tuesday to rip up a nationwide seawall and bulkhead construction permit issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, saying the agency failed to review data from existing projects before renewing the permit.
