A New York federal judge on Thursday said Pomerantz LLP would not face sanctions for its role in litigating a now-concluded Fair Debt Collections Practices Act lawsuit over $131 in unpaid fees, saying that even though it did no wrong, the consequences from its limited involvement in the case would have been sanctions enough if it had.
