Zillow Hobbles Real Estate Rival's Trade Secrets Suit
A California federal judge on Monday largely dismissed Top Agent Network Inc.'s suit accusing rival real-estate source Zillow Inc. of stealing trade secrets related to a proprietary "upcoming listings" feature, finding that TAN failed to specify what information Zillow took that constituted trade secrets under California law.
