Sears has settled its dispute with Visa Inc. in an antitrust suit that accuses the banking giant of employing anti-competitive rules and restraints that cause merchants to overpay for transaction fees, according to a New York federal judge's order entered Friday that dismissed all claims.

Visa Inc. on Friday sued Sears Holdings Corp. in New York in an attempt to prevent the retailer from pursuing more damages against the card company after opting out of a controversial $7.25 billion antitrust settlement over Visa and MasterCard Inc. interchange fee rules.
