An Illinois federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation over testosterone replacement therapy hinted Friday he wouldn't dismiss a suit filed by a putative class of health insurance companies against AbbVie Inc. and four other pharmaceutical companies, indicating there is substantial information that needs to come out to determine the extent of the insurers' injury.
