Alterra Can't Nix UPS' Coverage Claim For Stolen Disk Drives
UPS Supply Chain Solutions Inc. can proceed with a claim against Alterra Excess & Surplus Insurance Co. seeking payment for a judgment entered in underlying litigation over stolen disk drives, a California federal judge ruled Wednesday, saying UPS adequately alleged that the judgment arose from a risk covered under Alterra's policies.
