6th Circ. Axes Larry Flynt's Brother's Malpractice Suit
The Sixth Circuit on Friday upheld the dismissal of a legal malpractice suit brought by the brother of pornographic publishing magnate Larry Flynt accusing Flynt's longtime counsel Paul Cambria and others of squeezing him out of a business venture, saying there was no evidence of an attorney-client relationship.

Paul Cambria, a leading attorney for the adult entertainment industry, and his firm Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP asked the Sixth Circuit on Wednesday to smother a legal malpractice suit from Larry Flynt's brother alleging they squeezed him out of a business venture over a trademark row.

6th Circ. Told Larry Flynt's Attys Schemed Against Brother
Larry Flynt's brother on Friday urged the Sixth Circuit to revive his legal malpractice suit against his former long-time lawyer, Paul Cambria, and his firm, Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP, saying the attorneys "orchestrated" a plan to squeeze him out of an adult-themed store in Cincinnati with the Hustler trademark.
