A Pennsylvania federal judge dismissed on Friday a trio of complaints accusing Blank Rome LLP, Dechert LLP and Pepper Hamilton LLP of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act by refusing to hire a Drexel University law school student with Asperger's syndrome.

Dechert LLP and Blank Rome LLP on Wednesday renewed their bid for the dismissal of a former Drexel University law school student who initially accused the firms of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act by hiring insufficient numbers of the school's graduates.
