The Federal Trade Commission and Florida's attorney general announced Thursday that Inbound Call Experts LLC and several related companies have agreed to a $10 million judgment for allegedly duping consumers into buying unnecessary tech support services and computer software.

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Federal Trade Commission have filed two complaints in the state's Southern District against numerous companies alleging they operated schemes totaling $122 million to sell unnecessary tech support services to consumers across the country.
