A New York federal judge on Monday tossed for the second time a proposed class action alleging steelmaker China Gerui Advanced Materials Group Ltd. made misstatements in connection with its $234 million purchase of an antique porcelain collection, saying certain omissions by the company weren't misleading to investors.

A New York federal judge on Wednesday tossed a securities class action targeting China Gerui Advanced Materials Group Ltd. brought over alleged misstatements the Chinese steelmaker made in connection with its $234 million purchase of an antique porcelain collection, saying the investors have failed to establish any falsity.
