AT&T Corp. urged a Texas federal judge on Friday to toss multidistrict litigation accusing it of overcharging Sprint Communications Co. and Verizon Communications Inc. to connect to its network, saying that the Federal Communication Commission, not the court, is best positioned to resolve the dispute.
