3rd Circ. Axes Appeal In NJ County Atty Malpractice Complaint
The Third Circuit on Tuesday dismissed State National Insurance Co.'s appeal of a New Jersey federal court's refusal to revive its legal malpractice claims against Camden County's attorney in a suit over whether the insurer had to cover a jury's $19 million award against the county, finding that the appeal was untimely.

3rd Circ. Urged To Revive NJ County Atty Malpractice Row
State National Insurance Co. on Friday urged the Third Circuit to overturn a New Jersey federal judge's refusal to revive legal malpractice claims against Camden County's attorney in a suit over whether the insurer had to cover a $31 million state jury verdict, saying the attorney tried to cover up her negligence.
