FTE Automotive USA Inc. on Wednesday urged an Oklahoma federal judge to toss a putative class action accusing three parts suppliers of selling defective clutches to Chrysler Group LLC's pre-bankruptcy iteration, saying that the warranty claims are time-barred, as the parts were manufactured up to 16 years ago.
