7th Circ. Wary Of Decision To Toss PF Chang's Breach Case
A Seventh Circuit panel seemed to indicate Wednesday a lower court moved too quickly to dismiss a putative class action over a data breach at a number of P.F. Chang's restaurants, with at least one judge saying more information is necessary to determine whether the lead plaintiffs have standing to sue.

PF Chang's Asks 7th Circ. To Affirm Data Breach Ruling
P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. asked the Seventh Circuit to uphold a lower court's dismissal of a proposed class action stemming from a data breach at the restaurant chain, saying that the plaintiffs weren't damaged by the attacks since their debit card numbers weren't stolen.
