A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday threw out a Fair Credit Reporting Act suit alleging Experian wrongfully included two consumers' Chapter 13 bankruptcies in their credit reports and ordered their attorney to explain why he shouldn't be sanctioned for pursuing the "fanciful and farfetched" lawsuits without any meaningful evidence.
