The former owner of a suburban Philadelphia financial consultancy who pled guilty last year to charges that he funneled $3.5 million in bribes to a European banking official urged a Pennsylvania federal court to assign him "alternative incarceration" on Friday, saying he has already served 14 hard months and cooperated throughout.
