An InvenSense Inc. investor took to San Francisco federal court Wednesday with a class action lawsuit claiming the motion-detection technology company hyped its earnings potential tied to a not-so-secret deal with Apple Inc. but didn't disclose the truth about actual revenue or about manufacturing problems.
