Delta Flight Attendants' Calif. Wage Class Likely Grounded
A California federal judge said Wednesday he'll likely end a putative class action alleging Delta Air Lines broke state wage laws by not reporting the hours worked in California by flight attendants from across the country, saying that determining how California law applied to workers based nationwide would be impossible.
