Whistleblower Can't Pursue Case Without Counsel, Feds Say
The U.S. told a Pennsylvania federal judge Tuesday that the court should drop a whistleblower from a False Claims Act case after the judge tossed the suit against a unit of Lockheed Martin earlier this month, agreeing that she cannot prosecute claims on behalf of the U.S. without an attorney.
