    A Pennsylvania federal judge has declined to send claims against Zoetis Inc. and Pfizer Inc. over an allegedly defective poultry vaccine to Mexico, where the plaintiffs are based, ruling some vaccines were allegedly manufactured in-state and no differences in governing national laws were shown.
