Labor Group Can Celebrate OT Deal, Not Amount On Facebook
A New York federal judge on Monday ruled that Facebook posts made by an immigrant labor group touting a settlement with a Latin American restaurant in New York City did not violate the agreement, which also included a class of workers alleging they were stiffed on overtime pay.
