Rolls-Royce on Friday scored a victory against Georgia rapper Royce Rizzy, formerly known as Rolls Royce Rizzy, in its infringement suit when a New Jersey federal judge agreed the rapper's name diluted the well-known luxury brand and ordered him to stop using the Rolls-Royce name and mark.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. is suing Georgia rapper Royce Rizzy, formerly known as Rolls Royce Rizzy, for trademark infringement in New Jersey federal court claiming his stage name and apparel sold on his website infringe and dilute the automaker's "famous and distinctive" mark.
