A New Jersey federal judge on Monday denied a bid by an international accounting firm to remove itself from a proposed securities fraud class action against a Chinese telecommunications company, saying the investors who brought the suit had alleged sufficient details against it.

Network provider Telestone Technologies Corp. was hit on Tuesday with a derivative suit in New Jersey federal court accusing it of misleading investors by overstating revenue in a series of financial reports in order to keep stock prices artificially high.
