Sanofi Escapes Health Plans' 'Deficient' Kickback Suit
A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday permanently dismissed two health plans' suit accusing Sanofi-Aventis, a fellow drug company and two consulting firms of engaging in a kickback scheme, finding the plans don't have standing to sue and haven't laid out enough details to support their case.

Sanofi Kickback Claims Still Lacking, Dismissal Motions Say
Sanofi-Aventis, a second drug company and two consulting firms asked a New Jersey federal court Monday to dismiss a proposed class action accusing them of a kickback scheme, arguing the claims are "deja vu all over again" because the health plans bringing them didn't fix any deficiencies that previously led to the suit being dismissed.
