Pa. Capital Plans Sewer System Upgrades To Settle CWA Suit
The City of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and Capital Region Water agreed on Wednesday to settle a Clean Water Act suit alleging they failed to properly operate the city's wastewater system, which discharged pollutants from sewage overflows and stormwater into nearby rivers and streams.
