Steak 'N Shake Lands Partial Win In ADA Suit
A Pennsylvania federal magistrate judge on Monday handed Steak 'n Shake a partial win in a proposed class action over wheelchair-accessibility issues at some of its restaurants, finding the basis for some of the consumers' claims lacking but declining to toss the suit entirely.

Steak 'n Shake Parking Spots Are Too Steep, ADA Suit Says
The slopes of accessible parking spaces at several Steak 'n Shake Operations Inc. restaurants in western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio are too steep, making it difficult for those who rely on wheelchairs, according to a proposed Americans with Disabilities Act class action filed in Pennsylvania federal court Wednesday.
