Admiral Insurance Co. can rescind a professional liability policy issued to an insurance broker accused of stealing clients' premium payments because the broker failed to disclose that it had faced prior regulatory actions over fraudulent practices, an Arizona federal judge ruled Wednesday.

Insurer Wants Broker's Policy Rescinded For Premium Theft
Admiral Insurance Co. on Tuesday urged an Arizona federal court to rule that it can rescind an insurance broker's professional liability policy, alleging that the broker lied on its policy application because it was involved in a long-running scheme to take clients' premium payments without obtaining insurance for them.
