Edelbrock Wins Patent Dispute Over Engine Superchargers
A California federal judge entered judgment in favor of Edelbrock LLC Wednesday in its suit against an inventor who claimed the company's engine superchargers infringe one of his patents, saying default judgment is warranted since the parts maker's chance of success on the merits is "extremely high."

Edelbrock Superchargers Don't Infringe Patent, New Suit Says
Auto parts maker Edelbrock LLC sued a California inventor in federal court Wednesday, saying the company's engine superchargers do not infringe the inventor's patent on an "apparatus for a vehicle," because they don't incorporate a compressor or diffuser.
