EEOC Blasts Darden For Age Bias At Seasons 52 Restaurants
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission slapped Darden Restaurants Inc. with an age discrimination suit in Florida on Thursday, alleging its Seasons 52 restaurant chain routinely failed to hire employees over the age of 40.
