A group of attorneys at Gallagher Langlas & Gallagher PC who settled a dispute launched by Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Co. over coverage of a former partner's alleged theft urged an Iowa federal judge Thursday to let them keep the premiums the insurer returned when the suit began.
