Beach Road Music LLC has voluntarily dismissed four putative class actions it filed less than a week ago, which had alleged that Apple Inc., Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC and a handful of other tech companies infringed copyrights of pre-1972 recordings through their music streaming services.
