Sauerkraut Co. Tries To Kibosh Migrant Worker Class Action
GLK Foods LLC, which bills itself as the world's largest sauerkraut producer, urged a Florida federal judge Monday to dismiss a proposed class action alleging it underpaid migrant workers, saying the workers have filed the suit in the wrong court.

A sauerkraut manufacturer underpaid migrant workers and used an unlicensed contractor to recruit them to Wisconsin, according to a proposed class action alleging Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act violations filed Thursday in a Florida federal court.
