Amazon Says Alice Nixes Patents On 'Cave Dweller' Tech
Amazon.com Inc. urged a Washington federal judge on Thursday to throw out a suit alleging it ripped off high-speed Internet technology, arguing the asserted patents are invalid under the U.S. Supreme Court's Alice decision because they describe technology that's been around since cave men organized hunts.
