Fed. Circ. Ruling Nixes LTE Patent Dismissals, Adaptix Says
Adaptix Inc. asked a California federal court Wednesday to undo the dismissal of several of its lawsuits accusing companies including Amazon.com Inc., Sony Corp. and Verizon Wireless of infringing patents covering LTE cellular technology, saying a Federal Circuit ruling just days after the dismissals supersedes the court's reasoning.
