A California federal judge on Monday ordered Aeros Aeronautical Systems Corp. and the U.S. Navy to name a mediator to help resolve Aeros' $65 million lawsuit accusing the government of failing to repair a hangar before the roof collapsed and destroyed a prototype blimp.

Blimp manufacturer Aeros Aeronautical Systems Corp. claimed in a suit filed Monday in California federal court that the U.S. Navy neglected for years to make critical repairs to a hangar roof that collapsed on its airship prototype and caused $65 million in damage.
