Lead plaintiffs in three of five putative class actions accusing Sirius XM Holdings Inc. of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by making unsolicited calls urged the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Friday to consolidate those suits and two others in Illinois federal court.
